Because of the 1844 Succession crisis there are many divisions of the church. Each claim to have their leadership. This means that there is no unified First Presidency. Nor is there a unified Quorum of the Twelve. There are also no unified Aaronic Priesthood leadership such as the Presiding Bishopric.
